Praxis

Praxis designs physical AI systems from a requirement: architecture, live simulation, context and scope, one shared scope of work across every organisation in the conversation. Sign in, or create an account. New accounts are approved by CodeNinja before first sign-in.
Accounts are issued by CodeNinja — there is no sign-up. Everything you propose or comment is recorded against your account, and only CodeNinja can accept a scope change. Need access? Ask your CodeNinja contact.

WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS IN THE DESIGN
01The radio is the battery. Transmit on state change and scheduled check-in only. Streaming telemetry would drain this device in under a day.
02Inference at the edge is a power decision as much as a safety one. Detecting the fall on the MCU means one small packet instead of continuous upload, and it still works with no network.
03GNSS is the second bill. Adaptive fix rate: slow while walking a known segment, fast on alarm, off while resting in camp.
04Alarm mode is allowed to be expensive. The whole budget exists so that the device can burn power freely for the twenty minutes that matter.
05Desert heat derates the cell. Above 45 °C capacity and cycle life drop, so size the pack for the worst day, not the datasheet.
06Flash ring buffer, not RAM. Store and forward must survive a reset in the middle of a coverage gap.
07Charging is logistics, not electronics. Seven overnight camps, thousands of devices, hygiene turnaround between pilgrims.
08Tune it over the air. Duty cycle should be configurable per segment, because the wadi and the city are different problems.

    Reading…
A request is one turn with the assistant, on either chat surface, counted when it starts. A limit of 0 is unlimited. Deactivating an account ends its access at the next sign-in; the transcripts it wrote stay where they are.
    Surfaces
This project's own rail and tab labels — the "Key" and "Kind" are structural and never change; the two labels are yours to rename per project.
    Engram
The system of record. The platform reads a local mirror of it and never touches Engram while reasoning; this refreshes the mirror, now, through the same validating door as a hand import.
    Reading the connection…
    Blog voice and house design
The voice every engineering blog is written in, and the house design it is laid out in. The enterprise voice and the house design are the organisation's and only an owner can change them; your voice is read on top of the enterprise voice and loses wherever the two disagree. Upload a markdown file; each upload is a new version.
    Reading the voices…
No simulation has been generated for this project yet.
    Sandbox
Simulated agents enact this system's actors so you watch, technically, how it will be used before anyone real touches it. Every event is the exact API call it would make — a rehearsal never writes real project data.
No run yet — the stage below is this project's own ontology.
    Technical trace
    Deliverables
The proposal pack for this project, built in CodeNinja's house design from the live scope baseline, the generated architecture and the domain's Engram doctrine. Three formats, one shared content assembly, so the document, the PDF and the deck can never disagree.
    Memory
What this platform will carry into the next run for this project, in the four scopes it is allowed to carry it in. Every entry names its layer, who wrote it and when, and says whether it will actually load. Nothing here is ever erased: retiring an entry stops it steering and keeps the row.
    Technical Architecture
This project's architecture, derived live from the requirement, the mapped domain and the current scope — never a stored diagram. Sources feed the ontology core; the core grounds the platform services; the services serve this project's own surfaces. Move the scope and this page moves with it.
    System Design
The engineer's cut: components by layer with the real flows between them, the deployment topology as it actually runs, and the platform's API contract read off the live route table. Every count on this page is computed, none stored.
